Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), a not for-profit company, administers the E-rate Program under FCC guidance. BTU Consultants

Kansas has partnered with BTU Consultants, an E-rate consulting firm, to provide Kansas schools with free of charge E-rate support services. This support includes a hotline number (1-866-372-8302) for assistance with E-rate questions, live and recorded online E-rate training sessions, and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
